 How the Round Robin works:

Participants made a 20" crazy patch block
having a 16" embellishment area in the center.
In other words, the 16" embellished area
will have a 2" area surrounding it that is not embellished,
and that is intended to accomodate shrinkage and adjustments.

Each participant will have up to one month to embellish the block in their
possession, and mail it to the next person in the sending rotation.
If a participant finishes a block early, it is encouraged that they send it on
to the next person in the rotation.
Blocks should be finished and sent, however, no later than the first of
the month after receiving the block from the previous participant.

The end of the Round Robin will be when each person's pieced block
reaches them at the end of the sending rotation.

To determine how much to embellish:
Divide the number of seams and spaces on each block by the total
number of participants, and use that as a guide for the number of
seams and spaces that you should embellish.
It is a "rule of thumb" that each participant would embellish
at least one seam and at least one space.
Some blocks may have more seams and spaces than others,
depending on the design for that block.

Also, each participant will make up a small booklet to be included with their block,
so that other participants may write messages and include notes about thier work.
The booklet should contain an introduction by the participant
explaining the theme for their block, wants and don't wants,
and any other pertinent information (for example, some people are
highly allegic to wool, and prefer not to have any wool threads).
